Departing at 2.30 pm, the Cape Tribulation horse riding tour will take you for a gentle horse ride along the shoreline with views of the Great Barrier Reef. Horse riders will learn about the local flora and fauna and there is plenty of time throughout the tour to stop and take photos. What you need to know
- Maximum weight per rider is 95 kilograms or 15 stone
- A 2 hour horse riding tour in Cape Tribulation, meandering through the Rainforest and exploring the beautiful golden sands of Myall Beach.
- Helmets
- Rain jackets
- Saddle bags with water bottle holders
- Dry bags for equipment
- A selection of rubber shoes
- Tour departs daily (except Monday's) at 2.30pm and returns at approx 4.30pm
- Tour duration approx. 2 hours

Horse ride along myall beach and back to the stables
Very relaxing ride, horses were all suitable and calm animals. We saw a large croc on the banks of the river when we passed into the beach. Staff were all chatty and helpful, beautiful photos on the beach and allowed friend/family groups to ride together. Very nice way to see the Daintree.

Exactly what it says beach and forest ride. Good experience if visiting cape tribulation.
Good experience up at Cape Tribulation. Horse riding along the beach and forest. Lovely hosts with lots of knowledge about the area. Was happy to hear they take ex race horses in. Peaceful location. Would love to see a shorter option if that was possible as we were sore afterwards.
