- Passengers must arrive 30 minutes prior to departure to ensure the vessel departs on time. After this time, the provider reserves the right to resell the seats
- The provider guarantees whale sightings. In the unlikely event that a whale is not spotted on your cruise, you will receive a complimentary return trip valid for 12 months. Note: this is subject to availability. Please contact the provider for more information
- You may experience seasickness. It is strongly recommended you eat lightly and take travel sickness tablets prior to the cruise
- This tour will operate if it rains as the vessel has indoor and outdoor areas. Nonetheless, the provider may cancel due to inclement weather (generally defined as precipitation greater than a drizzle, wind, and swell conditions). In the unlikely event this occurs, the provider will attempt to reschedule the cruise at no extra cost or offer a compensatory voucher

It was fun to watch Whale, as i have never experience such thing before it was great to have the oppurtunity.
It was my first time watching it and it was awesomme to see the creature. First I was worried that I will get sea sick and ruin the fun. But i enjoyed it thoroughlly. I will sure buy this again when some visitors come to do something fun in Sydney.
